What we collect, and why
There are two forms on this website.
- The contact form collects your name, phone number, email address and your message.
- The referral form collects details about the person who needs support. Depending on what you fill in, that can include their name, suburb, preferred language, NDIS participant number, plan dates, the supports being sought, and any health or safety information you choose to tell us. It also collects your own contact details.
Some of this is sensitive information, including health information. We collect it for one reason: to respond to you and work out whether we can provide the support being asked for.
Both forms ask you to tick a box agreeing to this policy, and that tick is your consent for us to collect it. The referral form also asks you to confirm that the person being referred, or their guardian, has agreed. Please don't send us information about someone else without their agreement.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information, we don't use it for marketing, and we don't give it to anyone else except in three situations.
- Formspree, the service that delivers your message to our inbox.
- Google Analytics, which counts visits to the site. It doesn't receive anything you type into the forms.
- Where the law requires us to.
Information sent overseas
Two of the services this website relies on are based in the United States, so some information is stored there.
- Formspree delivers your form submissions. When you send a form, the information passes through their servers and a copy may be stored there.
- Google Analytics counts visits to the site.

Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and collects things like the pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you used.
It doesn't tell us who you are, and we don't use it for advertising. Google is a United States company, so this information is also stored overseas.
If you'd rather not be counted, most browsers let you block cookies, and Google publishes a browser add-on that turns Google Analytics off at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout (opens in a new tab).
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, tell us first so we can try to put it right. If you're still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au (opens in a new tab).
